Stud Info

 

Any mating with any of our boys must take place in the stud premises, unless frozen semen is requested or via special agreement.

 

Stud Fees (upon request), plus any other cost that should incur on the bitch. Any semen collecting, insemination, or shipping is the owner of the bitch responsability. If frozen semen is requested, aditional fee may apply.

 

Any bitch requesting service must provide health clearance from the vet (Bruscellosis). Health test proof required by its breed, and pedigree. The owner of the bitch must reside in a FCI country member, associate, afiliate, AKC, CKC, or Kennel Club (UK) and must be a good standing member.  

 

If the bitch is left with us during the mating for several day, we will take proper care of her, but will NOT be held liable for any illness or injuries if they should occur. 

 

A 50% of Stud fee must be paid at the time of the breeding, and cancelled when puppies are born. 

 

If the mating does not produce two live puppies we will allow a second try with the same male on a time lapse of next two heats.

 

If fails to comply with the requirement the initial 50% is not refundable.

 

If the male is not avialable for the repeat breeding we will refund your 50%.

 

Under no circustance a breeding will be requested for breeding pets,  reseach or commercial ends.

 

Any puppy resulting of this breeding who is sold as pet, must be neutered/spayed. All puppies from this breeding must be registered in their Kennel Afiliates. Information of each puppy and their owners must be sumitted to us. 

 

A formal contract shall be provided and signed upon agreement by both parties.
